Sports Recovery drink with alot of Vitamin C?

I have subsistence allergies and I need a sports recovery drink that is safe but still has alot of vitamic C in it i have looked all over the stead...

I would imply emergen-c. I have no idea whether or not it would set off your allergies. It is very nice and fizzy. There are many separate flavors. You should not drink more than two packets a day.
